Return & exchange policies

Ordering online without the ability to see, feel and hold the bouquet can be a daunting task. We understand completely and try to make the process easy, send you multiple photos from many angles to make sure you absolutely love it. But sometimes, things just don’t work out.

If you need to return or exchange your flowers, please get in touch with us immediately. You have five (5) days to ship the flowers back to us after receiving your order. We will work with you to accommodate you the best we can and provide a satisfactory solution.

Bottom line, we will try to do whatever we can to keep you happy. Weddings are stressful and the last thing we want you to worry about are flowers!

Exchange policy:

Exchanges are accepted within five (5) days of order arrival on:

  • UN– USED and non-customized bouquets from our shop 
  • Unused and non-customized bouquet sets / accessories
  • Some exchanges on custom orders (case-by-case basis)
  • Some exchanges on bouquets with minor customization.

Re-stocking fee of 20% applies to all returned/exchanged orders. Customized or custom orders have a 30% re-stocking fee. The fee will be subtracted from the final refund or billed to you before the exchange shipment is sent.
