Samples & Consultations

Do you offer flower samples?
Yes. Sample stems are sold here. Please note – sample flowers don’t necessarily pass our quality standards for bouquets so we are able to sell them to you at a discounted price. They are used to show you the color, shape and quality and are NOT meant to be used in bouquets/arrangements as they may have minor flaws, tears, etc.

Do you offer consultations?
Absolutely! If you are a local bride or traveling near Burlington, VT, we would be happy schedule in-person consult. If you are not local, we offer phone consultations as well.

Customizing & Custom Orders

Can I customize any bouquet in your shop?
Yes. All bouquets are made when you order so you can change any color or tweak the style.

Do you do color matching?
Yes, to the best of our ability. We usually ask you to either send us a swatch or purchase sample stems to make sure we’re comparing true colors.

Do you offer custom orders?
Absolutely! We will work with you to create your dream bouquet. Read all about custom orders here.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my bouquet or other items?
Yes. For all non-custom orders, you can return or exchange your order within five (5) days from order arrival, as long as the item has not been used and is still in original packaging. We may be able to accept a return on a custom order but reserve the right to determine that on case-by-case basis. You can read full policy here.

Payment Options & Tax

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex) are accepted directly through our site (via Stripe) or via Paypal. Both will automatically convert foreign currency to USD. We will also accept personal checks from U.S. residents. Checks need to be cleared before the order is considered paid.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. All Vermont orders are subject to state and local town tax (7%).

Placing an order & Rush orders

Is there a minimum order amount?
No. For items listed in our shop, there is no min amount. Custom orders do have a minimum order amount.

When should I order?
As soon as you choose our shop for your flowers. Since all of our wedding bouquets are hand made once order is placed, production time can take several weeks. Here is more info on ordering.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, for an additional fee (starts at $30 for single bouquets). Rush orders guarantee arrival by your wedding date. Contact us for more info.

How do I order?

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Each wedding bouquet has to be handmade before it can ship and the production time will vary based on the bouquet and size of the order. Please read this for full info on shipping and production.

Can I set a specific ship or “need by” date?
Absolutely! If you don’t want to have your flowers too early, let us know when you prefer them to be shipped.

When will my order arrive?
Once it leaves our shop, packages are generally delivered within 7 business days (U.S.). International orders can take 3-4 weeks and possibly longer, depending on location and customs. We will provide tracking information for every order.

Where do you ship?
We ship world-wide.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can upgrade by choosing from options at the check-out page.

Who do you ship with?
All of our orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS.

How are your wedding bouquets packaged?
All bridal bouquets are packaged in a separate keepsake box that’s placed into a corrugated shipping box. Other bouquets are packed in cellophane and matching accessories in tissue paper or corsage boxes. All of our single bouquet shipping boxes are made to withstand 200lbs/sq.inch of force. We reinforce all large boxes to make sure your order arrives safely.

My package arrived damaged!
We try to pack our flowers well to prevent any damage. Once the order leaves our shop, we can no longer control what happens to it nor be held responsible. You will need to file a claim with the shipper and we can help you do so. We will happily accommodate and fix or replace damaged flowers but a claim must be filed to start this process.
