Returns and exchanges

We try to make all of our creations to your liking but if you are not satisfied, please contact us for an exchange or a return. In most cases, we will be able to accomodate your request.

You have five days from receiving the order to contact us about any problems. Please note that custom orders are not returnable. We are not responsible for return/exchange shipping charges.

If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your order. Once the order leaves from us, we can't be responsible for any transit damages. Please let us know about any damages so we can report to the shipper. 

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and they cannot be shipped to international destinations. Food items can't be shipped out of the U.S. You can estimate shipping charges for your order using the feature in the cart. Shipping is estimated based on weight and size of your order. 

We ship using UPS Ground unless you request expedited shipping. Depending on your location, it may take up to 7 business days to receive your order once it ships. See map below for estimated delivery time.

Estimated costs:

$13 - one bouquet, set of corsages/boutonnieres and smaller items

$15-$40 – bouquet sets, smaller arrangements etc.

$40+ - large arrangements, large set of bouquets and bulky items

For international shipments, cost will depend on the size and weight of your order. We can provide estimates upon request.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please alert us as soon as you receive it. We can’t be responsible for any shipping damages but we will do everything we can to help you get a bouquet for your wedding.
