If you would like to have a truly unique bouquet, consider doing a custom order. We can create a custom order just the way imagined it!
Place a custom order in three simple steps:
1. Send us an email with preferred style* you'd like and as many details as you can including sample photos you like. Email us here.
2. Pay the deposit** or the full amount after we've agreed on details.
3. Approve your order - we will send you photos of your items from different angles and close-up of details for an approval. Once approved, and payment is completed, we will ship your order.
*If you are ordering a bouquet, most common styles are round and cascading (tear-drop)
**Deposit is 50% of the total before shipping.
What it means - What does "custom order" mean exactly? It means that we get to create a one-of-a-kind bouquet or an arrangement that's not available in our store and will require your description, details and personal preferences.
Timing - It usually takes about 20 business days (after payment clears) to complete a custom order before shipping. It may take longer if there are certain flowers that need to be special-ordered. Rush orders are completed in 8-10 days (after payment clears) unless there are special-order circumstances. Let us know if your order needs to be rushed, additional charges apply: $30 for smaller orders or 1-2 bouquets, $50 for sets and large orders).
Cost - The cost will vary based on the size and specifications but we can give you a quote with approximate costs based on your details.
Payment - All custom orders require 50% deposit or a full payment. You have 5 days (3 for rush orders) after payment to cancel your order. If you cancel after 5 days, the deposit (or 50% of the full payment) will not be refundable.
If you are paying the deposit only, the remaining amount is due before the item is shipped. If your payment is delayed, the shipment will be too. Failing to complete the payment will result in order cancelation and your deposit will not be refundable.
What can be custom-ordered - Custom orders are accepted for bouquets, arrangements, centerpieces, boutonnieres & corsages and any other flower creation. Give us a description and provide few sample photos of items you like, and we will do our best to turn your dream into reality!
Cancelations & Returns - All custom orders are made just for you and may include specially ordered flowers and accessories. We cannot accept returns on custom orders. If you need to cancel, you have 5 days to do so after which the deposit (or 50% of total) is not refundable.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may do an exchange for another bouquet available in our store without additional changes (as-is) or send yours back for additional customizations (extra charges may apply).
Original style guarantee - Since custom orders will be a unique and considered a new style, we may add it to our store’s collection. If you prefer to be the only bride in the world with such bouquet, please email us requesting “no further reproduction of your bouquet style." We will NOT create that exact style for anyone else, but we may create similar styles if another bride requests it.
