Yes, we can make your dream bouquet!
Let's say you already found (or painted) a photo of your dream bouquet. And you have no idea where to take it. Well, we can help you out! Whether it is a sample of a fresh or artificial bouquet**, we can work with you on making something special for you! Even if you what you want is not even close in design to any bouquet in our store, we may still be able to accommodate you so let's get to work!
**We consider ourselves artists and take pride in our original designs, and while we are willing to work from photos of other non-fresh bouquets, please do not ask us to replicate someone else's work. You can definitely send them for inspiration or for certain elements you like but we will not try to copy the exact design. We take this very seriously and thank you for understanding.
How to place a custom order
1. Contact us - please give us a description and as many details as you can including sample photos you like. For details on our bouquet sizing and choices, read this.
2. Pay the deposit or the full amount after we've agreed on details. Deposit is 50% of the estimated total - the total for all custom orders is always just an estimate since we will not know the exact cost until the project is done. Your estimate may change once the flowers are finalized, although it does not change drastically (may vary 10-20% in cost).
3. Change as needed - we try to send you as many photos as possible to give you a good idea of what your bouquet looks like. Designer may even snap photos with her phone and email you while she's working on the flowers so that you can see them sooner! We do take photos with an actual camera so you get the true colors and details as well. You can change anything from design, colors and other details to make sure it is exactly what you envisioned.
4. Approve your order - Final photos of your flowers are sent to you for approval before they ship. Any outstanding payments will be due at that time and the order will be packed and shipped as soon as the payment is cleared.

What it means - You keep seeing this everywhere but what in the world does "custom order" mean, exactly? It means that we get to create a one-of-a-kind bouquet that's currently not available in our store and will require your input (description, details, etc.).
Timing - Timing will vary based on several factors, but most importantly 1. do we need to order new materials, and 2. how quickly we get your feedback after providing draft photos. We would love if you gave us at least 6 months to come up with your dream bouquet.
Cost - The cost will vary and we won't know this until the piece is finished. However, we've done this for a while so the estimates we provide are give you a good idea of the final cost (may vary 10-20% but is usually very close if not the same as the original quote).
Payment - All custom orders require 50% deposit. You have 5 days (3 for rush orders) after payment to change your mind for whatever reason (we won't get mad) and cancel your order. If you cancel after 5 days, the deposit will not be refundable. This is to cover costs of ordered supplies and our time worked on the order (yep, we start working and prepping for these immediately to get them to you faster). The final balance is due before the item is shipped. If your payment is delayed, the shipment will be too. Failing to complete the payment will result in order cancelation and your deposit will not be refundable.
What can be custom-ordered - Custom orders are accepted for bouquets, arrangements, centerpieces, hair flowers, cake toppers, boutonnieres & corsages and any other flower creation. Give us a description and provide few sample photos of items you like, and we will do our best to turn your dream into reality!
Cancelations & Returns - If you need to cancel, you have 5 days to do so, after which the deposit (or 50% of total) is not refundable. For returns and exchanges, please see this.
Original style guarantee - Since custom orders will be a unique and considered a new style, we may add it to our store’s collection. If you prefer to be the only bride in the world with such bouquet, please email us requesting “no further reproduction of your bouquet style." We will NOT create that exact style for anyone else, but we may create similar styles if another bride requests it.
